Regents Exams

Date:  June 16-24th, 2015

Who: Students at NY Public High Schools, Middle Schools, and some participating private/independent schools

The June session of Regents testing runs for almost two full weeks, Tuesday through the following Wednesday, with rating day on Thursday. Scheduled exams are as follows:

Tuesday, June 16:
    Morning: U.S. History & Government
    Afternoon: Living Environment

Wednesday, June 17:
    Morning: Global History & Geography
    Afternoon: Algebra 1 (Common Core), Physical Setting/Physics

Thursday, June 18:
    Morning:  Physical Setting/Earth Science
    Afternoon: Comprehensive English

Friday, June 19:
    Morning: Algebra 2/Trigonometry
    Afternoon: Geometry 

Monday, June 22:
    Morning: RCT in Global Studies
    Afternoon: RCT in Writing

Tuesday, June 23:
    Morning: Physical Setting/Chemistry, RCT in Science
    Afternoon: RCT in U.S. History & Government

Wednesday, June 24:
    Morning: RCT in Reading
    Afternoon: RCT in Mathematics

Note: morning testing begins at 9:15am; the afternoon gets going at 1:15pm. In both cases Uniform Admissions Deadlines are 45 minutes later. Big day to be on time!

So, fun for everyone this week! It's a high stress time for teachers and students alike. We urge students to get good rest, take the tests seriously, and then get back to real life.
