Public high schools with open seats and new high schools from around the city will be sending delegates to the Round 2 school fair. It's a chance for families that might not be satisfied with their Round 1 admissions offer to learn about other options.
The two-week Round 2 application period for 2014-15 high school admissions begins on the week of March 10th and closes on March 21st. As we say, students who already have an offer from Round 1 can apply again. If they do not match with their Round 2 choices, they will retain their Round 1 placement. If they do match, they will automatically (and irrevocably) be placed at the Round 2 school.
